Social Media

At Heritage Harbor I focused on social media marketing to many different demographics. From affluent, college educated, older people at Heritage Harbor to our local community at Red Dog Grill. I have learned that you need to change your approach and thinking between each company gearing towards that particular audience. Primarily focusing on Facebook, I still post to Instagram and Google My Business with the importance in mind to hit as many potential customers as possible. I achieve that by scheduling all posts on Zoho Social, where I can manage insights, comments and more right there.
Heritage Harbor

At Heritage Harbor the target demographic is affluent, college educated people. The posts are directed to those that enjoy the outdoors, being by the water and a relaxing lifestyle. The idea of retiring by water but being able to stay close to family. I have positively helped raise awareness to those that Heritage Harbor is there and the perfect place to retire with the help of organic social media posts. On Heritage Harbor's social media it is important to still cross promote our other businesses, so I regularly share posts from Harbor Inn and Red Dog Grill.

Harbor Inn

I started our Harbor Inn page shortly after starting my employment at Heritage Harbor.  I found that there was an importance to gear our vacation rentals away from our main Heritage Harbor page to its own page. I've grown our likes on Facebook to up over 1,000 in under two years primarily through organic posts.

Red Dog Grill

Red Dog Grill's social media is focused on our local clientele as well as those that live or renting at Heritage Harbor. I organically post a variety of posts ranging from food to atmosphere and events. I have helped grow our social presents by being more active on Instagram by sharing our posts to both platforms with the help of Zoho Social.

While at Malcolm Group, I had the chance to work on their many different company's social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. For scheduling post on social media site I would use Hootsuite to schedule/post on each of the sites.  When posting on Facebook I would also schedule post with their scheduling. While on all the sites I would find the best time to post by looking at Facebook Insights and using SocialBro for Twitter.  I used Squarelovin to find what the best time to post on Instagram is to get more engagement. I gained experience with Facebook Ads from creating and optimizing them.  I continued to experiment to find what works and what doesn't.
Skin1

Since my time posting on Skin1's social media sites, I have helped grow followers on every social media platform. On Facebook I have helped grow 793 followers since Jan. 2015. I did this just by organic posting alone. On Twitter I have grown the audience 5,151. I created Skin1's Instagram account in Sept 2015. I have gained 180 followers. I post five days a week on all social media sites and these are example of them.

Ariva Skincare

I started posting on Ariva's social media sites in Nov. 2015. I have grown Ariva's Facebook by 100 likes with organic posts alone. On Ariva's Twitter I have grown the followers 361. I created Ariva's Instagram account in Nov 2015. I have grown the account by 59 followers. I post on all of the social media pages five days a week.

Badge-A-Minit

I started posting on Badge-A-Minit's Facebook in Nov 2015. I have grown the page by about 100 likes. I also started posting on Badge-A-Minit's Twitter in Aug 2015 and I have gained 62 followers. I started Badge-A-Minit's Instagram in Sept 2015 and have grown to 54 follower. I post on all the social media site five days a week.
